1. Purpose of This Document

This document outlines the professional, ethical, and compliance standards under which LTE Studios operates.

It exists to provide transparency around how we conduct our work, how we manage risk and responsibility, and how we align with UK legal and professional expectations when delivering bespoke design and supply services.

2. Regulatory & Legal Compliance

LTE Studios operates in accordance with all applicable UK laws and regulations relevant to its activities, including but not limited to:

  • UK consumer protection legislation

  • UK data protection law (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018)

  • Contract law applicable in England and Wales

  • Health and safety obligations relevant to site visits and supplier coordination

Where specialist regulatory compliance is required (for example, structural works, electrical or gas installations), responsibility remains with appropriately qualified third-party professionals.

 

3. Professional Standards of Service

LTE Studios provides design and supply services on a reasonable skill and care basis, consistent with industry standards for bespoke interior and furniture projects.

We commit to:

  • Clear communication at all stages of a project

  • Defined approval points before manufacture

  • Transparent explanation of scope, limitations, and risks

  • Acting in good faith when coordinating suppliers and third parties

We do not promise outcomes that cannot be responsibly controlled within a bespoke manufacturing and multi-supplier environment.

 

4. Ethical Business Conduct

LTE Studios operates with integrity and fairness in all client and supplier relationships.

We are committed to:

  • Honest representation of services and capabilities

  • Avoiding misleading claims or guarantees

  • Transparent pricing structures

  • Fair treatment of clients, suppliers, and collaborators

We do not engage in aggressive sales practices or apply undue pressure on clients to proceed.

 

5. Supplier & Third-Party Management

Where suppliers, manufacturers, installers, or other third parties are introduced or coordinated:

  • Suppliers remain responsible for their own manufacturing standards and warranties

  • Installers and trades remain responsible for their own workmanship and regulatory compliance

  • LTE Studios acts as a coordinator / introducer / or agent unless expressly stated otherwise in writing

We take reasonable steps to work with reputable suppliers, but cannot guarantee third-party performance beyond contractual warranties.

 

6. Quality Control & Risk Management

LTE Studios applies internal checks throughout the design and approval process to reduce errors and misunderstandings.

These include:

  • Technical measurements carried out by LTE Studios

  • Design reviews prior to approval

  • Formal sign-off before manufacture

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, risk cannot be eliminated entirely. This document, together with our Terms & Conditions, is intended to ensure risk is understood and proportionately allocated.

 

7. Health & Safety Awareness

During site visits and project coordination, LTE Studios:

  • Acts with reasonable care for personal and site safety

  • Respects site rules and third-party health and safety policies

Responsibility for site safety, structural integrity, and compliance with construction regulations remains with the property owner, principal contractor, or appointed professionals.

 

8. Data Protection & Confidentiality

LTE Studios respects client confidentiality and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

We:

  • Collect only data necessary to deliver services

  • Protect client information from unauthorised access

  • Do not sell or misuse personal data

Confidential project information is not shared without a legitimate business or legal reason.

 

9. Equality, Respect & Professional Behaviour

LTE Studios is committed to respectful and professional conduct.

We do not tolerate:

  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour

  • Harassment of staff, contractors, or suppliers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where professional boundaries are breached, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

LTE Studios welcomes constructive feedback.

Where issues arise:

  • We encourage early, written communication

  • We aim to resolve concerns professionally and proportionately

  • Complaints are handled in line with our published complaints procedure

Feedback is used to improve systems, processes, and service delivery.

 

11. Transparency & Limitations

This document is intended to clarify how LTE Studios operates, but it does not:

  • Override contractual terms

  • Create guarantees beyond those expressly stated

  • Replace the need for professional advice where required

All services remain subject to our Terms & Conditions of Service.
